Immune Boost From Shaolin Golden Bell Neigong.
Stand in Wuji.
Inhale as you raise your hands outwards and upwards for a count of five.
Stop when your arms are in line with your ears. Hold for a count of five and at the same time
make your toes “grab” the ground and “lift” your anus.
Release the “grab and lift” as you Exhale for a five count.
Inhale for a five count as you lower your arms to the side at shoulder level.
With toes “grabbing” and anus “lifting”. Release the “grab and lift” after the count of five.
Move arms slowly to the front at chest level forming fists, inhale to maximum capacity
and bring fists towards chest. “Punch” your chest while exhaling hard with a “Hey” sound.
(Sound comes from the abdomen, “Dragon Spits Fire”, like a cough).
Continue to exhale as you move your arms outwards and forwards then inhale for a five count as you
spread and lift arms upwards. Finish by exhaling and bringing palms towards each other (five count)
collecting Qi and washing down the torso) and moving downwards to Wuji.
Repeat as many cycles as necessary until you break a light sweat.
